Buffalo Boats

4 large zucchini
1lb ground turkey or ground chicken

•Buffalo Wing Sauce
•Dairy free or skim shredded cheese (**no cheese during the cleanse)
Preheat oven to 400 and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.  Split zucchini in half and scrape out the seeds from the center with a spoon.  Brown the ground turkey/chicken until cooked through (no pink).  Add buffalo sauce (about 1/2 cup) to desired taste. Spoon the turkey/chicken mixture into zucchini boats and top with shredded cheese.  Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
